Basic Purpose Of The Job

The Outpatient Pharmacist position is responsible for providing clinical and outpatient pharmacy services to the highest standard of pharmaceutical care principles for each patient within their area of responsibility. Clinical areas of coverage include:

a. Hospice with prescriptive authority, responsible for terminally ill patient populations.

b. Telepharmacy responsible for providing services to RoyalCity and Waterville patients via telepharmacy video conferencing.

The position is responsible for therapeutic assessment, interventions, and plans for individual patients as well as patient populations; and for assisting with financial objectives to promote a profitable and viable pharmacy.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy

Minimum Work Experience

Required Licenses/ Certifications

  • Washington State Pharmacy License required or-

Eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Washington.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Must possess basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, accurate keyboarding, email communication and password management.
