Getting Started
iConnect Access is a tool that provides real-time web access to medical imaging exams, so you can access patients’ imaging data to provide quality patient care.
This information will help you get started, such as browser requirements and how to log in.
From the iConnect Link WEB PAGE you can:
Add a New Facility Account | Existing Facility – Request a New User /Reactivate Account | Deactivate User Account |
New Facility
– Click the link to complete the New Facility form & confidentiality agreement. |
– Click the link to complete the New Facility form & confidentiality agreement.

Deactivate Account
– Click the link to complete the Deactivate user account form.

Browser, system, and connection requirements
You must use one of the following Internet browsers to access iConnect Access
– Google Chrome 64 or later
– Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 (9 and 10 not supported for iConnect Access 3D)
– Microsoft Edge 41.16299 or later
– Mozilla Firefox 58 or later
– Apple Safari 10 or later for MacintoshOn tablets, you must use iPad Safari or Android Chrome browsers.
Supported Mobile Devices
iConnect Access has been validated on the following mobile devices:
– Apple iPhone 6x or later running on iOS10.x or 11.x
– Apple iPad Mini+, iPad2+, iPad Air+, iPad Pro 9.7-inch/ 12.9in running on iOS 10.x or 11.x
iConnect Access works best with a minimum screen resolution of 1024×768 pixels. We recommend that you use a high-speed Internet connection to achieve the best system speed and performance.
How do I log in?
1. Open your web browser and access the following URL: https://pacs.confluencehealth.org/webaccess/
2. Enter the user ID and password that you received with your subscription to iConnect Access.
