Wenatchee Heart Breaker 5k

RunWenatchee, Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group are putting on the Heart Breaker 5K fun run during Heart Month to raise awareness about heart disease and about ways to commit to a healthy lifestyle.

In addition to the 5K run/walk on the Apple Capital Loop Trail, several organizations will be on hand at Pybus Public Market from 8 a.m. to noon that day promoting and informing folks about healthy lifestyles. We are a presenting sponsor and will be offering blood pressure checks, and information on heart health, smoking cessation and good diets. Lifeline Ambulance will provide CPR info. Worx of Wenatchee Valley will tout its fitness programs. And The Hunters Wife Health Bar- Wenatchee will provide some amazing food samples.
