Every three years a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is conducted for the North Central Washington (NCW) Region – Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties. The purpose of the CHNA is to identify the health needs affecting communities in NCW to provide direction to improve the health and well-being of the community. Data are collected in multiple ways. One way is the Community Voice Survey.
The Community Voice Survey is an effort to capture the community’s “voice” or opinion on health and health needs. Survey results will be published in the 2019 CHNA report and used to prioritize the health needs of the region.
