About
Dr. Hoard's journey towards becoming a physician started with a passion for teaching. He loved the idea of educating patients and families as a means to guide and empower them in their journey towards good health. Today, there are so many aspects of clinical medicine that Dr. Hoard enjoys: collaboration across disciplines, procedures, public health initiatives. However, he believes the role of physicians as teachers is fundamental to the work we do to care for patients.
In his free time, Dr. Hoard enjoys hiking, long-distance running, camping, films, and vegetarian cooking. He is excited to be in Wenatchee as the valley has so much to offer. He is looking forward to hiking and river tubing in the summer, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, great food, fly fishing, rock climbing, visiting farmers markets, and building community in the valley.
