Home Infusion

In simple terms, infusion therapy refers to the process in which patients receive medications via needles or catheters in a vein. Receiving this care at home rather than a healthcare facility where you are the most comfortable, is referred to as “home infusion therapy.

Central Washington Home Infusion is a local infusion and specialty pharmacy that provides:

  • Enteral nutrition and supplies for patients receiving tube feedings.
  • Education, medication, equipment, and supplies for patients who are self-administering intravenous (IV) medications.
  • Nurse visits for intravenous (IV) infusions of IVIG and biologic medications.
  • Infusion medications for hospice organizations throughout the region.

We provide education and care while closely monitoring the patient’s clinical status, dosage frequency, and treatment efficacy. Your nurse and pharmacist work with your doctor to provide comprehensive in-home infusion services and the care you need, where you are the most comfortable – at home.
