Kelly Allen

Kelly is the chief nursing officer (CNO) and is responsible for nursing practices within Confluence Health by overseeing the daily operations of our hospitals, including inpatient services, surgical services and other hospital-based locations. Receiving a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Seattle Pacific University, Kelly later received a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix and pursued her doctorate of nursing from Aspen University. Kelly has expansive experience in a wide variety of clinical and administrative leadership roles, including serving as a trauma program manager, director of nursing, and director of urgent/emergent services.
