Before You Start

Pre-employment onboarding requirements
Once you accept your offer, an onboarding specialist will reach out to you via email with pre-employment next steps. Below is a summary of some of those activities and resources to help you complete the tasks required before your first day. If you have any questions, your onboarding specialist will be happy to assist.

Drug Screenings
Confluence Health is a smoke-free, drug-free workplace. All employment offers are conditioned upon acceptable pre-employment drug tests which include testing for the use of marijuana and nicotine. As part of our commitment to a healthy workplace, we require employees to obtain an annual flu immunization.

Background screenings
Confluence Health conducts a background check including a search of Washington State Patrol records and a third-party background investigation.

Washington State Patrol
This enables us to do a search of Washington State Patrol Records.

Academic/Education Form
For some positions, your education will be verified by a third-party vendor. (If no post-high school academic/education, please note “Not Applicable” on the form.)

The Washington State Patrol and Academic/Education forms are included in your electronic onboarding.

Employee ID Badge
You will receive your ID Badge at New Employee Welcome (NEW).
