What is EpicCare Link?
EpicCare Link is a read-only, web-based tool offering secure, remote access so community providers can view their patients’ Confluence Health System medical record. The tool enables you to make and track referrals, view lab and imaging results, message Confluence Health providers and more.
New and Existing Accounts
- New Facility: Add an account
- Existing Facility: For site administrators who need to reactivate their account or have forgotten their password
What type of patient information is available?
EpicCare Link allows physicians outside Confluence to maintain continuity of care with their patients at Confluence Health facilities.
Note: EpicCare Link is not an electronic medical record and cannot be used by clinical staff to document patient information.
How to Log In
- Open a supported web browser and access the following URL: https://epiclink.confluencehealth.org/EpicCareLink/common/epic_login.asp
- Enter the user ID and password you received with your subscription to EpicCare Link. You will be prompted to change your password.
- At the initial log-in, you will see a terms and conditions page. Please read and acknowledge the agreement.

A quick start guide is available on EpicCare Link home page under the quick links section. That guide contains explanations of how to use EpicCare Link.

The Provider Pathways Newsletter is a referral-focused communication tool created to strengthen collaboration between primary care providers, specialty care teams and external healthcare organizations. Its primary goal is to improve patient care through better information sharing. We are working toward accomplishing those goals by connecting providers, sharing critical updates, promoting awareness and community care.
