What is EpicCare Link?
EpicCare Link is a read-only, web-based tool offering secure, remote access so community providers can view their patients’ Confluence Health System medical record. The tool enables you to make and track referrals, view lab and imaging results, message Confluence Health providers and more. For more information, click here.
New and Existing Accounts
- New Facility: Add an account
- Existing Facility: For site administrators who need to reactivate their account or have forgotten their password
How to Log In
At the initial log-in, you will see a terms and conditions page. Please read and acknowledge the agreement.
Open a supported web browser and access the following URL: https://epiclink.confluencehealth.org/EpicCareLink/common/epic_login.asp
Enter the user ID and password you received with your subscription to EpicCare Link. You will be prompted to change your password.

The Provider Pathways Newsletter is a referral-focused communication tool created to strengthen collaboration between primary care providers, specialty care teams and external healthcare organizations. Its primary goal is to improve patient care through better information sharing. We are working toward accomplishing those goals by connecting providers, sharing critical updates, promoting awareness and community care.
Topics will vary, but common content will be constructed around department and physician spotlights, referral guidelines, access information, service line updates, and new provider introductions.
