Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group believe in community and support a variety of causes and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties each year. The Confluence Health | Wenatchee Valley Medical Group Community Health Partnership Fund, managed by the Confluence Health Foundation, aims to award up to $500,000 each year in grants.
How to Get Started
At Confluence Health, we take pride in supporting a variety of causes and organizations in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Okanogan counties each year. Our focus is on local programs from organizations and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that support health, wellness, education and arts/culture. If you are applying for support, we applaud your hard work and dedication to your local organization.
Please review the different funding opportunities we provide and select the one that applies to your organization or event. For the Community Partnership Fund, the grant window is open from June 1 through July 31 each year. For the WVMG Community Support Program, support requests are reviewed on a monthly basis. Support

The WVMG Community Support Program is open to for-profit and not-for-profit organizations alike that are seeking support of $3,000 or less. You can apply anytime, with awards determined monthly.

Our Community Partnership Fund is an annual opportunity for non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations throughout the region we serve to apply for a one-time grant. Applications open annually on June 1 and close July 31, and are announced mid fall.

The CH Community Support Program is open and available for organizations that may not meet the criteria of the other two funding programs but are seeking sponsorship opportunities.

Confluence Health and Wenatchee Valley Medical Group believe in community and support a variety of causes and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties each year. The Community Partnership Fund, managed by the Confluence Health Foundation, aims to award up to $500,000 each year in grants
Grants for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations will be considered for causes that:
Our Focus Areas
• Health & Wellness: Projects that directly support comprehensive health and wellness access and activities.
• Social Determinants of Health: Initiatives addressing food and housing security, early education, economic stability, and social support systems.
- Have a significant benefit to the community
- Drive positive economic impact in our community
- Organizations are limited to one grant proposal for consideration per grant cycle.
- Churches and faith based organizations, even for non-religious purposes, are not eligible for this grant program.
The Community Partnership Fund Committee will review and determine awards, which can be up to $50,000. The average award size in 2024 was $2,500, and grants will be disbursed by the end of October.
Examples of support requests that have been declined in the past:
- Large, national organizations that may not have local beneficiaries
- Sole religious focus
- Wine-centric events
- Beauty pageants
- Individuals and personal initiatives
