Proactive Health Screenings and Blood Work
Under the guidance of your primary care provider, our new inhouse Routine Care team guides you through necessary preventative care, enabling testing and results without waiting for a doctor’s appointment.
What to expect: Our Routine Care team will reach out to you regularly via MyChart or mail letting you know: 1) when you are due for health screenings and standard blood work and 2) how to complete them.
Routine Care Team’s Commitment
Our Routine Care team regularly reviews medical records to ensure our patients receive appropriate preventative labs, exams and appointments. Based on those reviews, the Routine Care team will identify tests and appropriate follow-up specific to you.
Lab Locations and Orders
The “Message My Doctor” feature enables you to send secure messages regarding non-urgent medical concerns to your providers. A member of your healthcare team will respond within two You can complete lab tests at any Confluence Health lab location. Please note that lab orders are valid for six weeks from the date they are issued. After this period, the labs will no longer be able to be drawn. Although walk-ins remain welcome, lab encourages patients to make an appointment for routine blood draws. This allows our team to prepare for your arrival and minimize wait times.
