Once you accept your offer, an onboarding specialist will email you with next steps to help you prepare. These steps ensure everything is ready for a smooth start:

Morning Session (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.)
In-person presentations at Miller Street Conference Center

Dress Code

Business casual attire (no jeans, sweats, t-shirts, hoodies, or open-toed shoes). Scrubs are acceptable for clinical/computer training. Dress for varying temperatures. After orientation, your attire may vary by role (e.g., scrubs or department-issued apparel). Check with your manager for specifics.

Navigator Support at Confluence Health – Mares Campus
Confluence Health’s Mares Campus is a certified Washington Healthplanfinder Navigator site, offering free, in-person assistance to individuals and families across North Central Washington. Navigators provide trusted, local support to help community members understand their coverage options and enroll with confidence.
We proudly partner with organizations throughout Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties—including Columbia Valley Community Health, Moses Lake Community Health, and Family Health Centers—to ensure broad access to enrollment support.

Year-Round Coverage Reminder
Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) enrollment is available year-round for those who qualify. Clients receive renewal notices 60 days before their coverage anniversary.
