Room Service
Inpatients have the option of personally selecting their meal items from a room service menu. Services available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Visitors are a welcome part of a hospital stay and are important to recovery. However, patient care is our primary concern, and it is important for our patients to receive as much rest as possible. For that reason, we ask that friends and relatives follow these guidelines:
- General visiting hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
- No more than two visitors are allowed at the bedside at one time.
- Visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments.
- Our critical care areas, the Mother/Baby Center and the Transitional Care Unit have specific visiting guidelines. Please ask a staff member about these guidelines.
Mother/Baby visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visting hours for the Labor and Delivery unit may vary based on the patient’s condition and preferences. Please check with the nurse or clinical staff. The Mother/Baby Unit are secured, locked units. All visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Health care interpreters are crucial partners to help break down communication barriers and prevent patients from facing health care disparities. By offering language services—whether through in-person or remote interpretation—hospitals and clinics create an environment where everyone can access the same high-quality care, enhance patient outcomes, and meet legal requirements.
- Local and state certified available 24 hours a day, 7 days and week.
- On-site interpreters are available between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. They can be at the hospital within 15 minutes.
- Most written documents that are given to patients are available in Spanish, including consent forms and education about your medical care.
When you or a loved one is ill or undergoing a medical procedure, you may find strength in sharing your concerns with a chaplain. We provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to all interested patients. Whether you are a patient, family member, friend, staff member or student, we are ready to assist in your time of need. The chaplain will make daily rounds in the patient-care areas during the week and on call anytime, whenever the need arises.

Staffed by dedicated volunteers, Expressions is a full-service gift shop featuring flowers, candy, home décor, plush toys, skin care products and gifts for delivery within our hospital at no extra charge. The gift shop is located on our Central Campus inside the front entrance of the hospital (on the main floor). Expressions is a non-profit service of the Confluence Health Foundation, with all proceeds benefitting the Foundation.
