Connecting with the Community at the Chelan County Fair

Confluence Health joined thousands of community members at the Chelan County Fair in September 2026. Amidst the rides, livestock, exhibits and fair food, our team focused on something equally important: helping community members navigate their healthcare options with confidence.

Throughout the four-day event, our volunteers welcomed visitors of all ages to our booth, answered questions about recent Medicare and Medicaid changes, shared information about financial assistance programs, and helped people learn more about charity care and other support resources available through Confluence Health. Between the conversations, the swag giveaways and connecting with familiar faces and new neighbors alike, our booth became a place where healthcare information was made a little easier to understand and a lot more approachable.

Overall, the county fair provided a unique opportunity to meet community members where they are, outside of a clinical setting, and connect in a fun, relaxed environment. Whether someone stopped by with questions about coverage options or simply to grab some Confluence Health swag, every interaction helped strengthen awareness, trust and access to resources that can make a meaningful difference.
