Childbirth Preparation Series

This class helps expectant parents feel informed and confident about the journey of labor, delivery, and early postpartum care. It provides an overview of what to expect during childbirth, including the stages of labor, comfort and coping techniques, and common medical options. Participants also learn practical ways to support one another during labor and receive guidance on newborn care and recovery after birth. The class is interactive, offering demonstrations and time for questions, and is suitable for first-time parents or those looking for a refresher. Partners are encouraged to attend.
