Headwaters Community Collective is Confluence Health’s online Patient and Family Advisory Council. It’s a place where patients, family members, and community members can share feedback that helps improve the care experience across North Central Washington.

Participation is simple, flexible, and entirely online. You can take part from home, on your own schedule, with no required meetings and no minimum time commitment. Most opportunities take less than 10 minutes to complete, allowing you to contribute in a way that fits your schedule. Every opportunity is optional. Participate as often or as little as you’d like. If you or a loved one has received care at Confluence Health, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome adults 18 years and older from all backgrounds, experiences, and communities we serve.
