On April 26, 2026, more than 350 community members gathered at Methow Park in Wenatchee for the 5th annual “Be Well, Stay Well—Día del Niño” Community Health Fair—a vibrant, family-centered event focused on promoting health, wellness and connection across the region.
The event was proudly hosted by Confluence Health in partnership with Parque Padrinos and 17 community organizations, all working together to create a welcoming, educational space for local families. Medical providers and staff from Confluence Health and the Wenatchee Valley Medical Group, alongside community volunteers, spent the afternoon connecting directly with families. Bilingual team members helped ensure information was accessible and inclusive, creating a space where everyone could feel supported and informed.
Attendees explored hands-on health education and resources from more than a dozen clinical specialties, including heart health, trauma services, home health and hospice, ophthalmology, diabetes education, children’s health and nutrition, cancer prevention, gastroenterology, lung health, stroke awareness, insurance navigation and community safety support. Interactive experiences helped make learning approachable and memorable—including the ever-popular walk-through inflatable colon.
The event also featured engaging moments on the main stage, including a CPR demonstration set to the familiar rhythm of “Baby Shark”—a fun and effective way to teach lifesaving skills to families of all ages.
Events like “Be Well, Stay Well—Día del Niño” reflect a shared commitment to supporting healthy families, building trust and strengthening community connections across the Wenatchee Valley.
