What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that Confluence Health joins an elite list of only seven hospitals in our state with this accolade—and the only one in central Washington.
The IAC is a nonprofit, nationally recognized accrediting organization founded by medical professionals to advance appropriate utilization, standardization and quality of diagnostic imaging, interventional and therapeutic procedures. IAC accreditation helps to improve the quality of patient care by enabling healthcare organizations to engage in continuous quality improvement, comply with reimbursement mandates and regulatory requirements, and demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care.
