Newest Recipients of Community Health Partnership Fund Awards

Approximately $500,000 in grants was recently awarded to 50 organizations in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Okanogan counties for community-focused projects. Funded by Confluence Health and the Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (and administered by the Confluence Health Foundation), the Community Health Partnership Fund provides grants to causes and organizations that seek to improve the health and wellness of people throughout North Central Washington.
