- Self-schedule or request an appointment online: If you have already enrolled in MyChart, you can log in and self-schedule or request an appointment online. MyChart is a great way to stay in touch with your Confluence Health care team and get up-to-date medical information, all from the convenience and privacy of your own home – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Schedule in person: Make an appointment with your care team while in your doctor’s office.

New Patients at Confluence Health
Our Contact Center Specialists would be happy to assist you in selecting and scheduling an appointment with a primary care provider at Confluence Health. They will work in harmony with designated medical staff to also start or update your medical record by obtaining health and family history and other information to facilitate our ability to best meet your needs.
