The specialists at our Clinic Patient Access Center would also be happy to assist you in selecting and scheduling an appointment with a primary care provider at Confluence Health. They will work in harmony with designated medical staff to start or update your medical record by obtaining health and family history and other information to facilitate our ability to best meet your needs. The health history and other information will be obtained at your convenience, over the phone. We look forward to taking care of all your health care needs.
