Chaz lives in Soap Lake, and has worked as a Physician Assistant in Quincy for the past 10 years, and is very excited to join our Ephrata clinic. He said he has been waiting for this opportunity for quite some time!
Chaz provides comprehensive family medicine/chronic care in a rural/underserved community health clinic setting, including comprehensive physical exams, diagnosis/labs/imaging, appropriate treatments and minor procedures, as well as developing appropriate continued treatment plans as required.
