Confluence Health rehabilitation services department provides quality diagnosis and treatment to patients across inpatient, post-acute care and outpatient settings. Our therapists and specialists bring a breadth of knowledge and experience to facilitate healing. Our mission is to help patients reach their highest level of independence with improved quality of life.
