Confluence Health is going paperless!

Confluence Health is going paperless! Beginning February 1st, 2021 all Confluence Health patients with MyChart accounts will be automatically enrolled in digital billing and statements. This is an important adjustment for our patients, our community and our business.

For our patients:

  • Electronic statements offer convenience – instant communication with immediate options for resolution.
  • Better security – reduces the number of steps of the manual billing process, reduces the chances of human error and reduces the opportunity to get lost.
  • Electronic statements can help reduce unwanted clutter and paper waste.

For our organization:

  • Reduce environmental impact - switching from paper to electronic statements can help Confluence Health take steps toward greater environmental sustainability.
  • Improves business efficiency - saves time and resources all while improving our communication efficiency and effectiveness.

This transition will be automatic and seamless. We simply ask that you check your email in your MyChart account and confirm it is up to date. If you want to continue to receive paper statements simply sign in to your MyChart account and follow the instructions found on the back of this letter or call Confluence Health Patient Services at 509-436-4020.

To set your statement preferences to paper please do the following:

  1. Log into your MyChart account:

  1. Click on cancel paperless billing:

  1. Click on Receive Paper Statements button:
