Where do I go to be onboarded?
You will receive a call from Onboarding to schedule your appointments.

Where do I go for New Employee Welcome (NEW)?
You will receive a New Employee Welcome email from the New Employee Welcome Team directing you to either Miller Street Complex or the Campbell Building. Please see the sectioned titled Training & Orientation Locations located in the Directions tab under New Employee Resources.

When do I get paid?
When you attend your onboard appointment you will be given a current payroll calendar that will outline the bi-weekly pay schedule.

Where do I go once I have completed New Employee Welcome and all orientation trainings?
You will be contacted by your manager or director on where to report once your training is finished prior to the end of your training.

What will my schedule be in my new department?
Your schedule will be dependent on your roll and the shift you were hired to fill. Your shift will be discussed during your hiring process. As for your specific schedule, your manager will assist you in where schedules are kept - to include electronic schedules if applicable.

If I already had a vacation planned prior to accepting this position, who do I talk with?
Speak with your recruiter during negotiation and or acceptance of your new role.

What if I need interpretive services for my New Employee Welcome (NEW) or other (NEW)trainings?
If you need translation services during your New Employee Welcome, please reach out to the New Employee Welcome team to coordinate this service.

What do I wear on the first day?
As NEW is your first day of work, please dress in business casual attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans or casual clothing.

Do we have a lunch break during New Employee Welcome?
Lunch will be included on your first day of New Employee Welcome. Lunch will be from 1200 until 1250 and you are free to come and go during this time.

Who do I contact if I have a need or concern regarding my New Employee Welcome day one or New week one?
