There is perhaps no better spokesman for rural medicine at Confluence than Dr. Lacey. Originally hailing from South Dakota, he arrived in Tonasket over ten years ago, he has since moved to the Omak clinic. The Omak community couldn’t be happier, and according to Dr. Lacey, neither could he! Dr. Lacey will attest to the wide variety of challenging medicine that he’s involved in on a daily basis, that simply wouldn’t be possible in an urban environment. A small town does not mean boring. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Dr. Lacey solves a variety of complex problems, with no shortage of patient visits. Best of all, he gets to be involved in the lives of his community in a deep and meaningful way.
