Hands-On Non-Employee Training Program
A non-employee is a person employed by another facility seeking practical experience or training at Confluence Health and will be involved in the treatment of patients under the supervision of Confluence Health staff.
A current affiliation agreement needs to be in place between Confluence Health and the employee’s employer to move forward with educational placements for training rotations. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure an agreement is current and in place well in advance of an educational experience. This cannot be done by the individual departments and must be approved by the Educational Affiliation Agreements Team.
