Online Bill Payment
Confluence Health is pleased to offer its patients the ability to pay their bills online by using a secure payment portal. Payments are normally posted to your account within 36 business hours.
To set up a payment plan, ask questions about your account or about this Online Bill Payment system, please contact the Patient Services Department at (509) 664-4802, or toll free at (888)-499-4801.
*If you need to make a payment on an Eye and Ear bill for services prior to 1/18/2018 please call (509) 662-7143.
Online Bill Payment Refund Policy
All transactions processed on the Confluence Health online bill payment system are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of a payment, please contact our Patient Services Department.
Please allow 10-14 business days for a refund check to be issued for a check transaction processed through the Confluence Health online bill payment system.

Are you signed up for MyChart?
MyChart users enjoy free, secure online access to: view statements and account balances for themselves and family members* track insurance payments pay their bills by credit card or checking account save their payment information securely submit questions about their bill all from any computer or mobile device.
*Access to account balances for family members requires completing a guarantor access request.
Any charges from a hospitalization are not available through MyChart.
Questions About Online Bill Payment
What bills can I pay online?
You may pay your doctor bill, hospital bill, or any bill you receive from any Confluence Health source online using MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You may also pay from a bank account, such as checking or savings accounts.
Payments are processed within two (2) business days, and there is no fee for making an online payment.
Is it secure for submitting my financial information?
Yes. The transaction portion of our website is protected with the latest encryption software.
Can I view my account balance online?
Online access to account information is not currently available. If you have any billing questions, please call the hospital or clinic billing staff.
Who can I call with questions about my account, changes in personal information or making payment arrangements?
