As a nurse in the ICU, Reese finds tremendous satisfaction in earning the
trust of his patients, caring for them in their time of need, and continuing
to prove himself until the time his patients are discharged. His job enables
him to have an immediate, positive impact on someone in crisis, which
he says helps keep him compassionate and grounded. From his early days
as an intern at Confluence Health, one constant has been the amount of
respect that Reese has received from co-workers and patients alike.
