Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Coverage

Insurance is available to employees of Confluence Health who work 20 or more hours per week. Full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week pay for a smaller portion of their premium costs. Our employees have the option to receive medical insurance from Premera Blue Cross in the form of a PPO plan or a CDHP (consumer-driven health plan). We also partner with Prescryptive to provide comprehensive prescription drug coverage. For dental insurance, we have partnered with Delta Dental to provide two levels of dental coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are valuable savings tools that allow employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical and dental expenses.

CH Wellness Program

CH Wellness is a comprehensive, outcome-based program designed to improve our employees’ health and wellness, lower healthcare costs, increase engagement, and promote positive lifestyle changes. Eligible employees and their spouses have the opportunity to earn rewards, work with our CH Wellness Dietitian, and earn incentives for preventative measures.

Paid Time Off

Employees may accrue up to 24 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, which is used for vacation, personal leave, holidays and short-term absences due to illness. Based on time of service, an employee may earn up to 37 days annually. Employees also receive a yearly allotment of six days in an extended illness bank which is used for longer-term absences. Bereavement leave is also available in the event of a death in the family.
