Employees of Confluence Health receive a wide range of benefits in addition to compensation.
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
Confluence Health is self-insured through Health Alliance, and offers three plan types, a PPO, Prime and CDHP (high deductible) to provide superior medical, prescription and vision coverage. Confluence Health partners with Delta Dental to provide two levels of dental coverage. Medical and Dental insurance is available to employees who work 20 or more hours per week, with full time employees working 30 or more hours per week paying for a smaller portion of their premium costs.
Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are valuable savings tools that allow employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical and dental expenses.
Employees can participate in a comprehensive incentive based worksite wellness program with the intent of improving employee health and wellness and positively impacting the quality of life.
Paid Time Off
Employees may accrue up 24 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, which is used for vacation, personal leave, holidays and short-term absences due to illness. Based on time of service, an employee may earn up to 37 days annually. Employees also receive a yearly allotment of six days in an extended illness bank which is used for longer term absences. Bereavement leave is also available in the event of a death in the family.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Non-contractual employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan. Employees can make voluntary contributions of up to 100% of their annual earnings up to the IRS maximum. After one year of service, Confluence Health matches 100% of the employee contributions up to 3%, and 50% of employee contribution on 4% and 5% of annual earnings. Annual discretionary funding may also be made to employees, which is based on Confluence Health’s fiscal performance. Discretionary funding is available to employees after completing certain time in service and hours worked requirements.
403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
Members of WSNA and UFCW collective bargaining units are eligible to enroll in the 403(b) plan. Employees can make voluntary contributions of up to 100% of their annual earnings up to the IRS maximum. After two years of service, Confluence Health provides eligible employees with a 2 to 1 match.
Confluence Health provides full time benefit-eligible employees with basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage, equal to one year base earnings. Confluence Health also provides your eligible dependents with $1,000 of life insurance benefits. You also have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children at group rates.
Confluence Health provides full time benefit-eligible employees with long-term disability (LTD) coverage at no cost. Under this coverage, employees with a covered disability receive a percentage of base salary to a monthly maximum if disabled more than 90 days. Eligible employees may also purchase Supplemental LTD.
Voluntary Short-Term Disability
Short-term disability provides partial income replacement for any employee who becomes disabled and unable to work from an illness or accident. The employee pays the premiums, which would cover up 60% of weekly earnings, a maximum of $1,000 per week.
Gym Membership Discount
Employees are entitled to a $25 per month credit if enrolled in a participating gym.
Employees after one year of service may apply to receive up to $3,000 per year to assist with the cost of tuition if deemed beneficial to the employee’s job.
Employee Assistance Program
Confluence Health partners with CIGNA to provide all employees and family members with up to four counseling sessions per year with a behavioral medicine provider. CIGNA also provides a wide array of complimentary services including additional counseling services, will preparation, identity theft, finding child or elder care, legal referral services and more.
Eligible employees may receive up to $3,000 to assist with the costs of a legal adoption.
Confluence Health offers competitive shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends.
