DirectCare Walk-In Clinic

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Same-Day / Next Day Care for Non-Emergency Issues

When you need care quickly, but don’t need an emergency room, visit the DirectCare Walk-In Clinic. While it is always recommended to meet with your primary care provider, sometimes symptoms occur at inconvenient times. We can handle most health care needs that require prompt medical attention but do not pose an immediate, serious health threat. The DirectCare Walk-In clinic is not a substitute for emergency care.

Our walk-in clinics in Wenatchee, Omak and East Wenatchee are transitioning to an appointments-based model called DirectCare. Beginning Tuesday, April 16, 2024, patients will be able to schedule a same-day / next-day appointment online or in MyChart.

Key points to note about this transition:

  • Easy Appointment Scheduling: Patients can schedule same-day / next-day appointments direct through our online appointment scheduling system on our website or on MyChart.
  • Improved Wait Times: By opening appointments, we minimize wait times and provide patients with a more convenient experience.
  • Increased Safety: This transition is a part of our commitment to maintaining safe healthcare environments. By lessening the number of patients in the clinic at any given time, we can limit potential exposures.
